Yolanda Dillard joined MTAS in January 2020 and serves municipalities in West Tennessee.
Before joining MTAS, Yolanda served as the associate director of employer partnerships for the University of Memphis Career Services Program. She holds an Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering.
