Travis Bishop joined MTAS in November 2021 and serves municipalities in east Tennessee. Prior to joining MTAS, Travis was the city recorder in the town of Erwin.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Liberty University.
