Tomi Rogers

Tomi Rogers serves as the human resources and operations manager for the Institute for Public Service. Before joining IPS, she served as an Extension specialist within the University of Tennessee’s Institute of Agriculture. She joined UT in 2001 in human resources and has gradually been afforded opportunities to grow her career as a human resources professional.

Tomi received her bachelor's degree in human resource development and her master's in human resource management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in learning and leadership from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga.

One of her passions is helping others grow through professional and personal development, from topics such as leadership and supervisory skills, communication, customer service, mediation, mentoring and strategic planning.
