Stephanie O'Hara

Stephanie Allen O’Hara joined MTAS in January 2010 and serves cities and towns in East Tennessee. Prior to joining MTAS, she served as a judicial clerk. 

O'Hara holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a masters’ degree in business administration and a doctor of jurisprudence.
