Rick Whitehead joined MTAS in February 2004 and serves municipalities in West Tennessee. Prior to joining MTAS, Rick served as a city manager in Tennessee and as a city attorney and city manager in Alabama.
He holds professional degrees in public administration and law. Rick is a member in good standing of the Alabama State Bar and is currently licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
