Randy Murray

Randy comes to LEIC from the Kingsport Police Department, where he most recently served as a lieutenant. Since 2021, he's been an instructor with LEIC in domestic violence and sexual assault investigations. He has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from East Tennessee State University.
