Rachel Ellington

Rachel Ellington joined CTAS in February 2019. Previously, Rachel worked as the budget director for Haywood County and as a tax consultant for Deloitte Tax LLP.

She graduated cum laude from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy in 2013 and a Master of Taxation in 2014. Rachel is a licensed certified public accountant in Tennessee. She's also a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accounts and the Tennessee Society of CPAs. In 2021, she earned the designation of Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
