Nikki joined CTAS in October 2019. Prior to joining CTAS, she was a senior instructional developer for the Cizik School of Nursing at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas.
She holds a Master of Science in instructional design and technology from Emporia State University; a Master of Education in workforce development education from the University of Arkansas; and a Bachelor of Arts in human development from Christian Brothers University. In 2021, Nikki earned the designation of Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
