Melisa Kelton

Melisa joined CTAS in January 2017 as a finance and budget consultant. She was named county government consultant for the southern Middle Tennessee region in February 2020. She previously worked at the Center for Industrial Services and has over 20 years of experience working in both private and public financial sectors. 

Melisa earned her undergraduate degree from Tennessee Technological University and her graduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
