Linda Arms

Arms has over twenty years of administrative experience including accounting, customer service and finance. Her broad background prepared her well for the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. 

Her previous work experience includes positions with TVA and Smurfit Stone Container Corporation, where she held several positions of increasing responsibility. Each of these positions provided her with the experience necessary to succeed as an employee of the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service. 

Arms has the desire and the ability to work well with diverse populations of all levels, and her strong communication skills make it easy to build lasting relationships. She has a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Tusculum College.
