Kaley Walker

Kaley joined CTAS in November 2017 as a Region 2 county government consultant, serving southern East Tennessee. Before joining CTAS, Kaley was Rhea County's finance director. She brings extensive experience in accounting, budgeting and auditing. Prior to her position as finance director, Kaley worked in the private sector as an accountant and financial analyst. 

Kaley is a certified government financial manager and a graduate of programs from Leadership Roane County and the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Walsh College.
