Johanna Owenby joined MTAS in June 2018. Her MTAS career began as a training and development consultant before being promoted to team manager in November 2023. Prior to joining MTAS, Johanna was with UT Organizational and Employee Development.
She holds a master's degree in educational psychology, and she serves municipalities in East Tennessee.
