Jeff Stiles

Jeff Stiles, Police Management Consultant, joined the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) in March 2024. Prior to joining MTAS, he spent more than 28 years with the Knoxville Police Department. 

He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee as well as a Master of Business Administration degree. He also holds the Certified Professional in Talent Management (CPTD) certification. He serves municipalities in East and Middle Tennessee.
