Honna Rogers joined MTAS in June 2013 and serves cities and towns in southeast Tennessee.
Prior to joining MTAS, Honna worked for the City of Sevierville and was a post-graduate management fellow with MTAS serving the cities of Athens, East Ridge and Cleveland.
She holds a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in history.
