Hal Boyd

Boyd comes to MTAS after operating his own law practice since 2012. During that time, he also served as county attorney for Lake County and city attorney for Tiptonville. 

He earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from East Central Oklahoma State University and his law degree from the University of Memphis. He attended East Central Oklahoma on an ROTC scholarship and received a commission to the U.S. Army where he served from 1985 to 1989.
