Chuck Gluck has served in fire service for over four decades. He is an OSHA outreach instructor and a past International Association of Firefighters outreach instructor.
He was the first hazmat inspector in San Jose, California, where he owned an occupational safety company from 1990 to 2008. He relocated to east Tennessee to be close to his grandchildren.
