Chris Shults

Chris Shults joined MTAS in September 2014. He holds a doctorate in political science, a master's degree in public administration and a bachelor's degree in political science. 

As the grants and training specialist, Chris draws on his experience to develop grant proposals and develop/deliver municipal training courses. Prior to joining MTAS, Chris worked for the University of Tennessee as a teaching associate in political science.
