Carmen O’Hagan

Carmen O’Hagan brings her years of private industry experience to the Center for Industrial Services as the Chattanooga-area solutions consultant. She helps manufacturers identify challenges and connects them with solutions that can enhance their business operations, quality, workforce development and community impact.

Before joining CIS, Carmen honed her skills in the chemical manufacturing industry, focusing on workforce development, process improvement, sales and customer support. She has demonstrated a strong commitment to community advancement, having served as president of the Marion County Chamber of Commerce and as a founding member of the Marion County Manufacturers Association. Carmen is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
