Dr. C. Brian Barnett comes to TLC from the University of Minnesota, where he served as a senior lecturer in French and as the director of language instruction in French.
Brian has a bachelor’s degree in French and Spanish from Kansas State University, a master’s degree in French from Indiana University and a doctorate in education from Indiana University.
