Bassem Mina

Bassem Mina serves as a training coordinator at the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership. He brings over 20 years of experience in training coordination and management.
Before joining NCEL, Bassem worked as a training expert for the World Bank Group in 14 countries across the Gulf and Middle East regions. He has hands-on experience in the ADDIE, KOLB learning styles, Competencies Framework (performance improvement process) and Kirkpatrick Model.
He has endorsed and is dedicated to the IFC international learning principles. He is passionate about learning and believes effective training should be both impactful and sustainable.
Bassem holds a postgraduate degree in project management from Bradford University in the United Kingdom. He enjoys traveling nationally and internationally, listening to music and walking outdoors. Bassem and his wife Siza have two beautiful children, Jonathan and Joy.
