Warren Nevad has over 25 years’ experience in municipal management in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Since 1999 he has served as a Municipal Management Consultant for the University of Tennessee Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS). He provides technical assistance to 48 cities in Tennessee.
