Emily Miller, Training Specialist II

Emily Miller is a Curriculum Specialist with the LEIC. She joined the LEIC in June 2008. Miller hails from Chicago, Illinois and after completing her bachelor’s degree she relocated to south Florida, where she worked for the national leadership organization LeadAmerica as a Program Coordinator and Leadership Specialist. Miller co-developed LeadAmerica’s college-accredited personal development curriculum and facilitated experiential learning workshops to over 4,000 high school and college-aged students throughout the United States.

Stefani Mundy, Training Specialist

Cyndy Edmonds, Specialist II

Cyndy Edmonds is no stranger to the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS). Having been an employee at the University of Tennessee for more than 23 years, Cyndy started her career as a production assistant in the Center for Telecommunications and Video (CTV) at the Institute for Public Service.

Scott Gordy, Chief Information Officer

Scott came to work at the Institute for Public in January 2001 after working for a little over ten years for the State of Mississippi where he was a consultant and information technology administrator for both Information Technology Services and the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
