The UT Law Enforcement Innovation Center (LEIC) recently held a 40-hour Crime Scene Management Course that was hosted by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office in Blountville. Attendees learned forensic photography, latent print examination and processing, blood stain pattern analysis, taking measurements at a crime scene and DNA analysis. The instructors for this course were Dan from LEIC and Tim of the Knoxville Police Department.
